Big Blue is the perfect rig for early retirement and beyond. It gives the owner the ability to boondock (camp without amenities) in all kinds of weather. What freedom! We have loved slow traveling across this great continent.

FOR SALE: 2016 Lance 855S (4 season certified)
Lance is well known for making four season campers which can handle being off-grid. This camper is exceptionally well maintained. It has always been stored in climate-controlled spaces, and has never been smoked-in.
In addition to the generator, and rooftop solar panel, there are two Battle-Born lithium batteries. We have frequently boondocked for a week at a time without issue, running the heater which is powered by propane. (To run the A/C you use the generator.) When we camped in the Sierras in winter, we added extra insulation to the battery box and under the sinks.
The roof has never leaked or been a problem. We had it resealed in 2025.
This model was loaded with extras, including a very comfortable Tempur-Pedic mattress. The kitchenette has a 3-burner stove with oven, plus a microwave. There is a wet bath, with an additional outside shower.
We updated the interior cosmetics. (1) Installed light-weight tile to surround the cooktop and (2) covered the valances with new fabric.
